1. Scope
This policy applies only to the one-time purchase of Buddy+. The free Naggy Buddy extension does not require payment.
Lemon Squeezy, currently operated by Sold through Link, LLC, processes Buddy+ payments and refunds as merchant of record. This policy supplements Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms and does not limit any non-waivable right provided by applicable law.
2. 14-day voluntary refund period
You may request a full refund of your original Buddy+ purchase within 14 calendar days after the purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason, although a short explanation can help us improve the product.
This voluntary policy may be refused where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, repeated refund abuse, or an attempt to retain or continue using Buddy+ after a refund. This does not affect refunds or remedies required by law.
3. Requests after 14 days
After 14 days, we will still provide a refund or other remedy when required by applicable law. We may also approve a full or partial refund when:
- the same purchase was charged more than once
- Buddy+ was materially misdescribed at the time of purchase
- a technical problem prevents activation or normal use and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time after you contact us
- another exceptional circumstance makes a refund reasonable
A change of mind after 14 days, failure to use the product, loss of access to an old browser profile, or a temporarily unsupported website does not normally qualify by itself. We will still consider the facts of the request and any mandatory consumer rights.
4. How to request a refund
Email my.nagging.ai@gmail.com with:
- the email address used for the purchase
- the Lemon Squeezy order number or receipt number
- a brief description of the issue, if the request is outside the 14-day period
Do not send your full payment-card number, card security code, account password, or full license key. We may ask for limited additional information needed to locate the order or prevent fraud.
You may also contact Lemon Squeezy using the support details in your receipt or its Buyer Terms. Contacting us first may help resolve license or activation problems more quickly, but it does not limit your right to contact Lemon Squeezy, your payment provider, or a consumer authority.
5. What happens after approval
Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary, so the credit may not appear immediately.
A full refund ends the Buddy+ license associated with the purchase and may deactivate Buddy+ on every browser or profile using that license key. The free Naggy Buddy features remain available. Partial refunds, if offered, will include any access terms communicated when the refund is approved.
6. Taxes, duplicate charges, and unauthorized purchases
For sales-tax or VAT corrections, follow the instructions in your Lemon Squeezy receipt or contact Lemon Squeezy promptly. Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms currently require eligible sales-tax refund requests to be made within 60 days of purchase.
Report duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly. We may refer payment-specific verification to Lemon Squeezy because Naggy Buddy does not receive or store full payment-card details.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact us or Lemon Squeezy before starting a chargeback when practical so that we can investigate and try to resolve the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in license deactivation. Nothing in this section prevents you from using a lawful chargeback or dispute right.
8. Policy changes and contact
We may update this policy prospectively. A change will not reduce a refund right that already applied when you purchased Buddy+. The current version will be posted at the same public location with a revised date.
